Our Services
We make sure the job’s done right.
Boundary Surveys
Includes surveys such as Lot/Block inside subdivisions, Metes and Bounds, mortgage, parcel splits, and extensive Section breakdowns. Property line stakeout and writing legal descriptions can be included per request and agreement..
Construction Layout
Includes setting site control and benchmarks, staking residential structures, commercial buildings, staking utilities, storm structures, and sanitary sewer structures for developmental areas. Final as-built drawings can also be provided for these construction projects.
Control Surveys
Includes establishing horizontal and vertical control using CORS (Continuously Operating Reference Stations) to achieve centimeter accuracy. Static GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite Sytems) sessions, checks to NGS (National Geodetic Survey) monuments, and redundant measurements are used to prove and meet a certain accuracy.
Topographic Surveys
We perform topographic surveys for small parcels and large acreage parcels. These surveys can be done to assist in the successful design of commercial and residential projects. Different details can be collected and shown in the deliverables, such as tree locations and specific utilities. Contour lines can be displayed at large scales for a more detailed depiction.
Specific Purpose Surveys
Specific purpose surveys can be provided to meet a particular need. Examples:
FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) Elevation Certificates can be performed to determine the proper flood insurance rate.
Counties often require foundation surveys to ensure a structure is built inside setback lines and above a specific elevation.
